Why have Camp Rules???
We have two overriding concerns in providing care for your Yorkies. One is to insure that they're safe and another is to insure that we don't achieve burn out as we run the Camp 365 days per year with no employees.
The following "rules" allow us to insure the safety of the facility as well as allowing us to occasionally go to a movie or lunch/dinner. Our gates are kept locked 24 hours a day and are only unlocked when there is an anticipated drop-off or pick-up.
* Customers must establish the drop-off and pick-up times at the time of scheduling (or the week before arrival). These times must be considered "appointments" and we expect a call if you'll be more than 10 minutes early or late. Another very important reason for the specific "appointment" request is that we must contain our own Yorkies before you arrive (one is a "nipper/yapper").
* Do not send friends and relatives to check up on your pet; it's disruptive to us and the Yorkies. But feel free to call or email any time to see how they're doing.
* Our regular hours for drop-off and pick-up are 7:30am to 5:45pm, seven days a week including holidays. We do occasionally make exceptions for earlier or later drop-offs and pick-ups if a critical issue arises.
Paperwork!
On your first visit to Yorkie Camp/Spa, you'll be asked to fill out an information sheet as well as signing the boarding contract.
